We are seeking an experienced EBX Specialization QA Lead to lead quality assurance activities for TIBCO EBX Master Data Management
(MDM) implementations within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for defining the QA strategy, leading test planning and
execution, ensuring data quality and application quality, and validating that
EBX solutions meet business, regulatory, and technical requirements. This role
requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects,
developers, data governance teams, and project managers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field.
- 8–12+
years of Quality Assurance and software testing experience.
- 3–5+
years of experience testing TIBCO EBX or Enterprise Master Data Management
(MDM) solutions.
- Experience
testing enterprise data governance and data quality solutions.
- 5+
years of experience within the insurance domain.
- Strong
understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.8–12+ years of overall Quality Assurance experience
- 3–5+
years testing TIBCO EBX or Enterprise MDM platforms
- 5+
years in the insurance domain
- Proven
experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale MDM and digital
transformation initiatives
