Lead end-to-end delivery of TIBCO EBX MDM projects for insurance clients: plan, schedule, budget, manage scope, risks, integrations, testing, deployments, and data governance to meet regulatory and business requirements.

We are seeking an experienced EBX Specialization Project
Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of TIBCO
EBX Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, extensive
experience managing enterprise data and MDM projects, and a solid understanding
of insurance business processes. This role requires close collaboration with
business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and vendors to ensure
high-quality project delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead
end-to-end delivery of EBX Master Data Management projects from initiation
through production deployment.
- Develop
project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage
project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change
requests.
- Ensure
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business and
technical requirements.
- Monitor
project performance using KPIs and project management metrics.
- Manage
implementation and enhancement of TIBCO EBX solutions.
- Coordinate
business, architecture, development, QA, and infrastructure teams
throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure
successful implementation of master data governance, data quality, and
metadata management practices.
- Support
solution planning, integration, testing, deployment, and post-production
stabilization.
- Ensure
project deliverables align with insurance industry standards and
regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+
years of IT project management experience.
- 5+
years managing Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) or data governance
projects.
- Experience
delivering TIBCO EBX implementation projects.
- Strong
understanding of insurance business processes and enterprise data
management.
- Proven
experience managing large, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP,
PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- TIBCO
EBX certification.
- Knowledge
of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience
managing enterprise digital transformation and data modernization
initiatives.
