- Soutenir l’évolution des systèmes numériques liés aux opérations manufacturières, incluant les outils de production, la qualité, l’ERP, le PLM, le MRP et les solutions de gestion des actifs.
- Veiller à la conformité des processus numériques, des standards de sécurité et des politiques corporatives.
- Optimiser les coûts liés aux technologies du site grâce à la rationalisation des logiciels, du matériel informatique et des infrastructures.
- Assurer la continuité des opérations numériques et la résolution des problèmes de bout en bout.
- Baccalauréat en informatique, génie, technologie de l’information ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
- Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.
- Expérience démontrée en gestion de produits, projets ou programmes numériques.
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel (un atout).
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile (ex. Scrum) et capacité à accompagner des équipes dans leur transformation numérique.
- Compréhension des technologies émergentes telles que l’intelligence artificielle (IA), l’apprentissage automatique (ML), l’IoT, la réalité virtuelle/augmentée et le Big Data.
- Capacité à transformer des besoins complexes en stratégies numériques claires créant de la valeur pour l’entreprise.
- Expérience avec les solutions numériques manufacturières et les principes Lean.
- Forte orientation vers les résultats et l’amélioration continue.
- Capacité à influencer les parties prenantes, challenger les façons de faire existantes et proposer des approches innovantes.
Français et anglais courants, à l’oral et à l’écrit : La personne titulaire du poste devra collaborer efficacement avec des collègues et partenaires situés dans différentes installations au Canada et à l’international. Comme plusieurs de ces interactions se déroulent principalement en anglais, une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais est requise afin d’assurer une communication claire et efficace avec les équipes globales.
In this role, you will :
·Act as single point of contact for plant leadership & managing directors, being the interface with global teams and CIO’s
·Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, budget, and risk) to leadership and other various levels of the factory leadership
·Drive strategic solutions deployment, adoption and utilization
·Develop the DT roadmap for the site aligned to the global strategy
·Contribute to the simplification of Application landscape
·Support the rollout of DT programs aligned to all domains
·Identify opportunities and help develop solutions to improve on KPIs in partnership with global DT
·Be a Digital “change agent”, identifying and understanding capabilities being driven at the company level, driving GE Vernova “re-use” where possible => which available solutions / standards / best practices
·Support site compliance to policies, standards and rules as defined by CISO organization, unions & works council.
·Ensure operations of existing solutions with visibility to end-to-end issue resolution
·Ensure site operation on core & non-core infrastructure and continuity plan & execution
·Drive Cost out on Site (ensure HW & SW rationalization, PC, GCOM …)
·Ensure compliance to DT processes, standards and strategy
Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelor in Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
·Minimum of 5 years professional work experience
·Fluent in French and English
Technical Expertise:
·Proven product/project management experience
·Manufacturing project/program experience is preferred. Experience with the following: Solution Architecture, data architecture, software development, and GSCM operations
·Experience with Agile frameworks, such as SCRUM. Ability to coach and mentor the GSCM DT organization
·Awareness of new techs capabilities (AI, ML, IoT, VR, AR, Big Data, etc )
Business Acumen
·Ability to convert obscure and ambiguous requirements and outcomes into a clear digital product strategy with improved value creation for business
·Experience defining, implementing and using shop floor IT tools (i.e. Manufacturing Execution System, Quality, ERP, PLM, MRP, EAM), Lean Principles
·Results-oriented / outcome- focused mindset
·Promotes new technology, predicts trends, external focused, and influence business and DT
·Ability to use expertise and knowledge to challenge the “status quo” and define more strategic approach and defend that position
