As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue, increase market reach, and support long-term growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to drive collaborative initiatives and bring high-impact partnerships to life.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnerships Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners. In this role, you will serve as the main liaison between our organization and key partners, ensuring mutual value, smooth collaboration, and long-term success. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals
  • Lead negotiations and close partnership deals across a variety of sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor partner performance, measure KPIs, and optimize for ROI
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven success in managing strategic accounts or partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM and partnership management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam)
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Base Pay Range for primary location in Ontario is $83,600 - $133,600 (CAD) and Total Target Cash for primary location in Ontario is 142,200 - 192,200 (CAD) Base Pay Range for additional location in Ontario is $78,400 - $128,400 (CAD) and Total Target Cash for additional location in Ontario is $78,400 - $128,400 (CAD) Base Pay Range: $72,300 $134,500 (CAD). Total Target Cash: $111,300 - $207,100 (CAD).Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. Geographic differentials apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This role is for an existing vacancy.
