This Position reports to:

Vice-President Product Marketing ELIP Ca
 

You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program. Two rotations focused on developing product management, leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge.  

You will complete the rotational program with Electrification Installation Products business group. Installation Products provide customers with installation and safety solutions created for ease of installation and maintenance, and that are also designed for sustainability and superior performance for continuous operation throughout their life span. 

You will attend June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to coach you throughout your journey.  

 

This role report to the: Product Management Manager

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification and Installation Product Division

Your Role: Own the Challenge 

  • Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business 
  • Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills 
  • Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars  
  • Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects  
  • Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment 

 
 

What it takes to run what runs the world 

  • Completed university studies in engineering before the start of the program. 
  • Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date. 
  • Desire to learn and grow.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and in French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis. 
  • Great organizational skills  
  • Must already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites.
