The Role
The Director, Services Economics Enablement & Optimization, will partner with a range of different global and regional product areas across Services to develop pricing & GTM strategies, model outcomes and connect the dots across the value chain.
The role will require the individual to apply analytical rigor (both qualitative and quantitative), apply problem solving skills, understanding customer value, work on key analysis for pricing and economics initiatives and develop creative solutions to key challenges which ultimately drive top-line revenue growth.
They will also need to work closely with key stakeholders to drive alignment on key pricing and revenue generating initiatives both at a global and regional level.
In this role, you will: • Partner with key stakeholders to develop pricing and GTM strategies across a range of product areas • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on key pricing frameworks and initiatives that inform decision making• Develop subject matter expertise in product verticals and pricing constructs, and provide advice and guidance on commercialization and implementation approaches • Support evaluation and implementation of enhancements to Services GTM strategy to better align with the organization's evolving business model • Partner with Services pricing lead to produce key presentation materials and support on regional alignment, pricing council, governance, and economic initiatives• Work collaboratively across other teams, including Sales, product and strategy to support execution and drive value• Communicate key findings and constructs to senior audiences
All About You• BA/BSC, (MBA a plus), with previous experience in at least one of the following areas, strategy, consulting, M&A/finance, economics, and pricing (pricing experience preferred)• The ideal candidate is fast-paced and highly analytical who demonstrates business acumen and thought leadership to deliver results within a global, growing, and profitable business• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships and influence senior leadership across a global, decentralized organization • Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
