The Director, Product drives the development and delivery of end-to-end product experiences across our platform: from roadmap to execution and partner implementations. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to bring modern financial products to market, helping banks, fintechs, and global brands launch and scale on our platform.

This role is ideal for product leaders who think like builders, thrive in execution, and want direct impact on customer outcomes.

Who You Are
  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Rigorous analytical approach, design thinking & problem solving skills. High agency and curiosity.
  • 7+ years of product or engineering experience, with strong domain expertise in US and Canada credit cards and payments (including prepaid and cross-border)
What You’ll Do
  • Drive execution excellence: ensuring on-time, high-quality, and error-free delivery aligned with business priorities
  • Establish strong cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams to deliver against shared goals
  • Focus on seamless execution across key areas of our credit card and payments platforms. Support end-to-end product development: from design to implementation to launch to iteration and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-quality, scalable product solutions
  • Deliver complex partner integrations and driving continued growth in our B2B clients. Own parts of the delivery modules when deploying to new banks or new fintech clients.
  • Define product positioning and value propositions through customer insights, market research, and industry trends. Translate business and partner requirements into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and system designs
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
  • Mentor and lead product team members, fostering a high-performance, execution-focused culture
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong ability to solve business problems in a multi-faceted complex platform ecosystem. Keen, demonstrated interest in driving growth through innovation and execution
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams and understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a drive to deliver results

  • Proven experience supporting large scale B2B product implementations
  • Hands-on coding experience
  • Experience working with AI/LLMs and collaborating closely with technical teams

Other Information
  • Remote (US/Canada)
  • Compensation: CA $130,000-200,000
  • Base salary range: For this role, candidates can expect a base salary range, described in the posting. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level. Exceptional candidates may be considered above the top of the range and pay increases for those who make a big impact in the role.
