Bounteous is a global AI Services firm where agentic engineering and human experience converge to deliver transformative business outcomes for the enterprise. We help organizations design, build, and scale AI-driven products, platforms, and processes. With more than 5,000 team members worldwide, Bounteous delivers AI that sticks, powering adoption and outcomes that move organizations from experimentation to true transformation. Bounteous is backed by New Mountain Capital, a New York-based growth-oriented investment firm that emphasizes business building.

Bounteous is seeking a Director of Marketing Technology to serve as a senior, consultative Multi-Solution Architect within our Digital Experience Platforms practice. This role is designed for a seasoned marketing technology leader who combines deep platform expertise with strong client advisory skills, and who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, architecting solutions, and contributing directly in a billable capacity across client engagements.

While Adobe Experience Cloud represents a dominant ecosystem within the Bounteous practice, this role is intentionally multi-platform. The Director is expected to bring strong Adobe expertise alongside working knowledge of complementary marketing technology platforms and patterns, including CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization technologies. The role spans both B2B and B2C use cases, with an emphasis on data-driven orchestration, lifecycle marketing, and measurable business outcomes rather than CMS- or DAM-centric implementations.

This position serves as a bridge between sales and delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and platform partners while also setting delivery teams up for success. The Director balances strategic leadership with hands-on, billable client work, helping clients modernize their marketing technology ecosystems and extract long-term value from their platform investments.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities:

    Multi-Solution Architecture and Strategy

    • Serve as a senior, consultative marketing technology architect across multiple platforms and solutions
    • Lead the design of scalable, data-driven marketing technology architectures that support both B2B and B2C customer journeys.
    • Architect solutions spanning CDP, marketing automation, journey orchestration, analytics, personalization, and CRM integrations.
    • Provide architectural guidance across dominant Adobe platforms as well as complementary technologies where appropriate.
    • Translate business objectives into platform architectures, data models, integration patterns, and activation strategies.
    • Maintain awareness of evolving MarTech capabilities, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Client Advisory and Billable Delivery

      • Act as a trusted, consultative advisor to client stakeholders, guiding platform selection, roadmap planning, and architectural tradeoffs.
      • Maintain an active billable role across client engagements, contributing directly to discovery, solutioning, and delivery oversight.
      • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and executive presentations.
      • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with architectural intent and best practices.
      • Support escalation, troubleshooting, and course correction on complex marketing technology programs.
      • Pre-Sales, Growth, and Partnerships

        • Partner with client service and business development teams to support pursuits, pitches, and account expansion.
        • Support pre-sales solutioning through consultative discovery, estimates, and solution narratives.
        • Identify opportunities to create packaged offerings, accelerators, and repeatable solution patterns
        • Collaborate with platform partners, including Adobe and other MarTech vendors, on roadmap awareness, co-innovation, and solution alignment.
        • Governance, Enablement, and Thought Leadership

          • Guide clients in establishing marketing technology governance models, operating models, and Centers of Excellence.
          • Define best practices for data stewardship, consent management, orchestration, and measurement.
          • Provide thought leadership in the marketing technology space, helping position Bounteous as a trusted partner for enterprise MarTech transformation.
          • Mentor architects and senior practitioners, contributing to internal enablement, frameworks, and best-practice playbooks.

Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 10 or more years of experience designing, architecting, and delivering marketing technology solutions.

    • Deep experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Customer Journey Analytics, and related tools.
    • Working knowledge of non-Adobe MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar, with the ability to architect across ecosystems.
    • Strong understanding of CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, and data integration patterns.
    • Proven ability to operate in a consultative, client-facing role while maintaining billable delivery responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated success translating complex technical ecosystems into measurable business outcomes.
