The Opportunity

WHC is looking for an experienced, results-driven Director of Growth & Revenue to lead our growth initiatives, oversee our marketing and sales teams, and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO as a strategic member of the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing campaigns, optimizing the sales funnel, and strengthening WHC’s brand presence in the Canadian market.

What You'll Do

      Develop & Execute Growth Strategies – Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention by leading marketing and sales initiatives.

      Oversee Marketing & Brand Initiatives – Execute multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing.

      Lead Sales & Business Development – Manage the sales pipeline, optimize conversion rates, and expand WHC’s market reach through strategic partnerships.

      Optimize Digital Marketing & Demand Generation – Leverage data-driven insights, performance marketing, and automation to enhance lead generation and ROI.

      Improve Customer Retention & Upsell Strategies – Work with Customer Experience, Product, and Design teams to enhance customer journeys and maximize lifetime value.

      Manage & Mentor a High-Performing Team – Lead and develop a team of marketers, designers, sales professionals, and external agencies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

      Analyze & Report on Performance – Use KPIs, market trends, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and make data-backed business decisions.

What You Bring

      8+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales leadership, or growth strategy, preferably in SaaS, technology, or e-commerce, including 2+ years in a leadership position.

      Proven ability to scale revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

      Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media.

      Experience in demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

      Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM, HubSpot, and other analytics tools.

      Strong leadership, business acumen, and ability to align marketing and sales efforts with business goals.

      Bilingual (English/French) to effectively serve and collaborate with clients and teams across Canada and globally.
