About the Role

We're searching for an exceptional Director of Field Marketing to redefine what field marketing means in today's dynamic, AI-driven landscape. This isn't your average events role. What You'll Do
  • Lead with Vision & Drive Impact: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing small but mighty team of field marketers across AMER and EMEA. This is a player-coach role where you and your team will directly drive pipeline creation, customer expansion, and usage growth.

  • Strategic GTM Partnership: Partner seamlessly with regional sales and account leadership in both AMER and EMEA to define Go-To-Market priorities and align marketing programs directly to their ambitious revenue goals.

  • Innovate & Execute Bold Field Campaigns: Design and execute innovative, high-efficiency marketing motions that blend live and virtual events, sophisticated digital tactics, account-based marketing (ABM), and compelling customer engagements. Every initiative will have a clear, measurable line of sight to revenue.

  • Accelerate Growth in Emerging Markets: Develop and implement targeted strategies and programs specifically designed for high-growth emerging markets within the Middle East, United Kingdom, and Ireland, understanding their unique cultural and business nuances.

  • Drive Account Expansion & Usage: Develop and implement robust field in-person and virtual programs, lifecycle plays, and collaborative initiatives with account managers to drive usage and expansion within existing accounts, ensuring sustained customer value.

  • Leverage AI for Competitive Advantage: Champion the use of AI tools to generate highly personalized content, scale programs efficiently, and automate execution, bringing unprecedented efficiency and innovation to every facet of field marketing.

  • Accountability & Performance Measurement: Establish rigorous tracking mechanisms, enforce meticulous follow-up protocols, and ensure every marketing investment delivers tangible pipeline and growth. You'll be the champion of ROI.

  • Trusted Field Advisor: Act as a critical advisor in the field, coaching sales teams on activation strategies, leading joint planning sessions, and ensuring absolute alignment and accountability across marketing and sales.

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years in field or regional marketing leadership roles directly aligned to enterprise sales teams, ideally with experience across AMER and EMEA, including emerging markets.

  • Proven track record of driving significant pipeline and revenue through multi-channel field and event campaigns, demonstrating a clear focus on business outcomes over mere activity.

  • Exceptional leadership experience in building, scaling, and empowering high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • A strong track record of forging deep, trusted partnerships with sales leaders, coupled with an unwavering commitment to holding teams accountable for engagement and lead conversion.

  • Creative thinking combined with a scrappy, resourceful execution style; you know how to achieve ambitious goals with optimized budgets and resources.

  • Demonstrated comfort and eagerness to  use AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to accelerate campaign execution, generate compelling assets, and scale personalization efforts.

  • Outstanding project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills across diverse global teams.
