Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end quality, coverage, and integrity of Preqin’s benchmarks and indices datasets.

  • Partner with Product and Data teams to operationalize benchmark and index methodologies at scale, with strong governance and documentation.

  • Ensure datasets are institution‑grade, supporting analytics, reporting, and index construction use cases.

  • Lead integration of benchmark and index data into Aladdin, eFront, and enterprise data platforms.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global team with strong domain expertise and accountability.

  • Strong people leadership track record, including managing and developing global teams.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing, integrated platform environment.

  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

  • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase) is beneficial.
