101,800 - 124,400

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons un directeur d’unité pour la gestion d’une équipe hybride (estimateur route régulière et contrôleurs qualité).

Sous la responsabilité du directeur estimation bâtiment, le directeur d’unité – Indemnisation, estimation bâtiment doit superviser et diriger une équipe hybride composée de contrôleurs qualité et d’estimateurs route régulière. Vous serez responsable d’optimiser la performance, la qualité et la rentabilité de cette équipe tout en développant les compétences et l’engagement de ses membres.

Lieu de travail: Laval, Montréal, St-Hyacinthe, Québec

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Superviser et diriger les opérations : atteindre les objectifs d'équipe, assurer les suivis et rendre compte des résultats

  • Contribuer à la stratégie: participer aux comités/initiatives nationales et au déploiement d’initiatives

  • Gérer la performance: suivre les indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs, produire des comptes-rendus et corriger les écarts

  • Mobiliser et développer l’équipe: fixer objectifs, soutenir l’engagement, superviser les plans de développement et fournir une assistance technique

  • Garantir l’excellence du service à la clientèle: soutenir la gestion de plaintes en estimation et trouver des solutions pour résoudre proactivement les dossiers problématiques

  • Identifier des solutions ou des méthodes de travail appropriées pour les estimations régulières et le contrôle de qualité

  • Assurer la gestion des opérations en contrôle de qualité: filtrer les demandes d’assistance pour les travaux effectués par les entrepreneurs de notre Réseau Confiance, gérer le calendrier des audits de chantier et chapeauter les projets spéciaux

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les opérations, Restauration On Side et l’équipe de chaîne d’approvisionnement

  • Améliorer les processus: faire respecter politiques/procédures, identifier et expliquer les meilleures méthodes de travail et les changements à l’équipe

  • Faire des comptes-rendus fréquents sur la résolution des dossiers problématiques et sur les initiatives en cours

  • Établir et expliquer les bases de réflexion de tous nouveaux changements ou modifications à son équipe

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion.

  • Expérience démontrée en gestion de personnel (coaching, plans de développement, gestion de la performance) dans un contexte hybride

  • Compréhension des processus d’indemnisation, des indicateurs de productivité/qualité, et des outils d’estimation et de collaboration

  • Capacité prouvée à mener des initiatives d’amélioration continue et de déploiement technologique

  • Connaissances en construction de bâtiment et des lois régissant le domaine

  • Vivre et démontrer les facteurs de succès en leadership au sein d’Intact

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, d’influence transversale et de gestion des priorités.

  • Sens marqué de l’analyse, orientation résultats, rigueur et proactivité.

  • Bilinguisme français/anglais, *nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays

  • Être disponible pour se déplacer dans les différents bureaux d’Intact au Québec ou sur des lieux sinistrés
