Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons un Directeur de comptes, développement des affaires, pour notre équipe grandissante!
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Participer à l’élaboration des objectifs de croissance de son territoire.

  • Définir et exécuter la stratégie de croissance sur le territoire en partenariat avec les cabinets de courtage.

  • Diriger des initiatives de croissance et en assurer le déploiement, l’adoption et le suivi.

  • Prospecter et conclure de nouvelles ententes avec de nouveaux cabinets, tout en identifiant et développant de nouveaux marchés.

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance des cabinets de la communauté (ventes, soumissions, taux d’achat) et entretenir les conversations clés lorsque nécessaire.

  • Établir des relations solides et durables avec les cabinets; promouvoir nos solutions et nos nouveautés, assurer la vigie des activités influençant la relation d’affaires.

  • Diagnostiquer la performance des cabinets, négocier des plans d’action, obtenir l’engagement et assurer les suivis jusqu’aux résultats.

  • Maintenir l’engouement pour la FPQ5 et ainsi que pour nos formations.

  • Représenter Cime aux différents comités; conseiller et influencer les secteurs internes sur les besoins du réseau.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes connexes pour aligner les priorités, partager les insights terrain et faire le suivi des initiatives.

  • Assurer une connaissance fine du marché et de l’environnement concurrentiel pour orienter les stratégies et ajuster les plans si nécessaire.

  • Collaborer avec le directeur principal afin d’assurer un alignement sur l’exécution de la stratégie.

  • Participer à des activités de proximité et des événements afin de bâtir de solides relations avec le réseau.

  • Assurer une bonne gestion du budget alloué au développement des affaires et optimiser l’allocation des ressources.

  • Agir comme point de contact et responsable auprès des fournisseurs externes.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Capacité à la négociation de situations modérées à complexes.

  • Habileté à influencer les relations d’affaires en vue d’atteindre les objectifs de développement des affaires et de croissance.

  • Bonne gestion de la pression reliée à l'atteinte des objectifs.

  • Bonne connaissance du réseau de courtage.

  • Très bonne connaissance des produits d'entreprises, d'assurances auto et d'habitation et de la FPQ5.

  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels tels que Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Power BI.

  • Capacité de travailler seul et en équipe.

  • Disponibilité pour assister, en dehors des heures normales d'affaires, à différentes activités (cocktail, congrès, etc.).

  • Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 avec bon dossier de conduite.

  • Faire preuve d’une grande autonomie, d’organisation et de proactivité.

  • Viser l'excellence et être inspiré par le client.

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle francophone et anglophone partout au pays.

  • Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents partout dans la province du Québec .
