Job Description:
The Digital Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of digital products and experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Architecture, and Operations. This role is responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, defining and refining user stories, validating acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The candidate will drive Agile product development processes, support testing and release activities, track product performance through analytics and key metrics, and use data-driven insights to improve product outcomes. The role also involves stakeholder management, facilitating product demonstrations, monitoring progress against business objectives and OKRs, and ensuring successful feature delivery while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and overall product experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong product management expertise, analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
