Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager (PO) for a one-year contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our digital products, ensuring they align with our business goals, strategies and user needs. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, Marketing, Data Scientists, QA, and other stakeholders, to define product requirements and specifications.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and effectively communicates priorities.

  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories and features.

  • Create detailed user stories to feed the UX/UI team as well as the development lifecycle.

  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies, making data-driven decisions to ensure maximum impact.

  • Drive Agile development processes, ensuring timely and efficient product releases.

  • Continuously monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.

  • Make informed decisions based on data, user research, and market insights to enhance user experience and product success.

  • Work closely with the Development team to ensure accurate implementation of features and resolve any technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional materials.
     

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical skills for data, trends and derive insights

  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • User-centered mindset

  • A flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personality

  • Team player

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly changing workplace

  • Strong commitment to take ownership and make an impact while delivering quality products

  • Experience in telecoms an asset

ACADEMIC TRAINING 

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Digital E-comm or any equivalent combination of training and experience
     

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working successfully on an Agile team

  • Experience with Jira and confluence

  • Experience with project management frameworks, processes, and tools
