Your role as Digital Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator on a 1-year contract to support our growth marketing team’s digital strategy. Your mandate will be to support integrated growth marketing campaigns to attract and move leads through the buyer’s journey.  


What you'll be doing

  • Plan, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Contribute in the development and implementation of the growth marketing strategy
  • Support the growth team with all things website including integration of changes, conversion rate optimization, SEO, and improving user experience
  • Deploy email marketing activities
  • Utilize HubSpot and other digital marketing tools to create a 360-degree integrated marketing experience
  • Prepare reports and metrics to measure ongoing program success that inform future strategy
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify opportunities that drive towards operational excellence (process improvement, better collaboration, etc)
  • Support ongoing events initiatives

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • A growth-through-experimentation and data-driven mindset
  • 1-3 years of digital or growth marketing experience in a B2B environment (SaaS is ideal but not required)
  • Experience managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing programs.
  • Understanding on marketing automation and growth processes 
  • Understanding of SEO and UX/UI best practices
  • Strong written skills and full proficiency in English
  • Outstanding attention to detail, project management skills and an analytical mindset
  • A passion for always seeking to improve and learn new skills
  • An interest in AI, MarTech, and marketing operations (MarOps) 
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in marketing
  • Strong written skills and full proficiency in French (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with agile project management (ex: Asana)  (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with digital marketing, digital marketing tools, marketing automation and/or CRMs (ex. LinkedIn, Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)  (nice-to-have)
