This Position reports to:

Marketing Manager
 

As a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist, you will manage and optimize digital marketing workflows and campaigns to improve efficiency, content accuracy, and performance across multiple digital channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to maintain a consistent digital presence, streamline content delivery, and provide strong support for partner-facing initiatives. This role combines hands-on digital campaign execution, content management, and process improvement to strengthen the digital infrastructure supporting North American markets. 

The work model is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office in Dorval.  

This role contributes to: ABB Electrification | Smart Buildings | Emergency Lighting Business Line | North America 

Responsibilities

  • Website & digital presence management: Manage and update website content (CMS), ensure product pages and digital assets are accurate, up to date, and aligned with marketing priorities. Support channel partners by providing digital materials, updating partner listings, and coordinating visibility across partner sites. 

  • Digital campaign support: Assist in planning, publishing, and monitoring digital campaigns across web, email, and social media channels, including managing UTM tagging, preparing campaign assets, and supporting basic A/B testing and performance optimization. Ensure alignment with marketing objectives and work with team members to provide digital assets that support our channel partners’ promotional calendars. 

  • Digital workflow improvement: Maintain digital tools, enhance tracking and automation, ensure data quality, and support cross-functional teams in improving digital workflows, partner-facing assets, and internal processes. 

  • Analytics & reporting: Track and analyze digital performance across channels (web, CMS, CRM, email, social). Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and help guide ongoing improvements. 

Qualifications for the role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, content management, or related roles, with proven ability to support multiple digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Skilled in managing digital campaigns across multiple channels (web, email, social media), including planning, execution, tagging, UTM parameters, and performance tracking. 

  • Strong expertise with CMS platforms, CRM systems, analytics platforms (e.g., GA4), and social media/content management tools, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns independently. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience manipulating and interpreting data; experience with SQL or BI tools is an asset. 

  • Bilingual (French/English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear, accurate, and professional digital content. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.

  • Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or B2B environment is an asset.
