How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Digital & IT Financial Analyst for DDS Americas is responsible for overseeing financial accounting, performing monthly closings, supporting IT cost reporting, and conducting cost control analysis to monitor budget performance.

 The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Financial controller with the Target and forecast activities. 

  • Review timesheet data and highlight any deviation  to service Managers and the P&L impact if any.

  • Coordinate with Alabs (billings team) to issue billings on run, demands and Project cost based on validated timesheet  and budget.

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, or annual closing activities.Analyze and highlight budget variance (budgeted costs versus actual costs),

  • Closely follow up on the efficieny projects and report the saving amount in SMART. 

  • Support Service Managers to identify efficiency opportunities and monitor them for their respective services.

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Operations Control, Reporting and Accounting Operations

  • Strong track record of delivering projects and demands in aggressive timelines

  • Fluent in English

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.

  • Analyzing financial data and business KPI to identify key issues and make appropriate decisions.

  • Strong ability to analyze and document business requirements, solve problems, and model current and future state business processes

  • High attention to detail to identify, evaluate and resolve data quality issues and analytical results

  • Ability to perform basic project management functions and work independently to prioritize workload and handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
