Nous recherchons un DevOps Senior - Azure OpenShift possédant une expertise Kubernetes/OpenShift, afin d'accélérer la transition vers une plateforme PaaS plus sécuritaire, standardisée et supportable, réduisant ainsi la dette technique, les vulnérabilités et les risques opérationnels de la plateforme, tout en renforçant l’automatisation et la posture de sécurité.

Responsabilités

  • Accélérer la migration de l'environnement AKS vers ARO;

  • Réduire les risques techniques associés à la plateforme actuelle;

  • Améliorer la posture de sécurité et la conformité des environnements de conteneurs;

  • Augmenter l'automatisation et la standardisation des déploiement;

  • Fournir une plateforme PaaS moderne, évolutive et plus simple à opérer pour les équipes applicatives.

Qualifications

Expertise plateforme

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie DevOps, SRE ou plateforme cloud;

  • Expérience concrète avec Kubernetes en production et sur Azure;

  • Expérience avec OpenShift (ARO idéalement);

  • Maîtrise des conteneurs Docker et des plateformes de conteneurisation;

  • Expérience en développement de micros-services (avec Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Angular);

  • Persistance avec JPA ou autres ORM.

Automatisation et Infrastructure as Code

  • Comprendre le fonctionnement des Helm Chart;

  • Gestion du code source avec Git, GitOps (ArgoCD ou Flux), VSCode/Intellij, bash;

  • Automatisation des déploiements et de la configuration

CI/CD

  • Azure DevOps ou GitHub Actions;

  • Conception et maintien de pipelines;

  • Déploiement automatisé d'applications conteneurisées

Sécurité

  • Connaissances DevSecOps;

  • Gestion des vulnérabilités du code Java et des dépendances ;

  • Gestion des secrets et contrôles de sécurité cloud;

  • Compréhension des exigences de conformité et de gouvernance.

 

Migration AKS vers ARO (fortement souhaité)

  • Participation à un projet de migration Kubernetes ou OpenShift;

  • Expérience de transformation de plateforme infonuagique;

  • Migration d'applications conteneurisées entre plateformes.

Observabilité et exploitation (fortement souhaité)

  • Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics;

  • Splunk;

  • Dynatrace;

  • Gatling;

  • Gestion des incidents et performance des plateformes.

Bases de données (fortement souhaité)

  • Azure SQL DB;

  • PostgresSQL;

  • Comprendre le code des procédures stockées à réécrire en code Java.

Réseaux et sécurité (fortement souhaité)

  • Ingress, Load Balancer, DNS, Réseaux Azure, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
