Description du poste

Dans le cadre des projets d’innovation TI, vous intégrerez l’équipe AI Factory / Innovation à titre de DevOps IA. Vous serez responsable de la conception, de l’implantation et du maintien des infrastructures, des pipelines CI/CD et des environnements nécessaires au déploiement et à l’exploitation des solutions d’intelligence artificielle en production.

Vous travaillerez en mode agile, en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs IA, les scientifiques de données (Data Scientists), les architectes de solutions et les équipes d’infrastructure. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’industrialisation des solutions d’IA et l’automatisation des processus de déploiement.

À titre d’expert(e) en programmation assistée par l'IA, vous utiliserez des outils d’IA générative (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) afin d’accélérer la création de scripts, de configurations d’Infrastructure as Code et de pipelines CI/CD, ainsi que pour résoudre rapidement les incidents de production.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des architectures infonuagiques (Cloud) pour les solutions d’IA (évolutives, sécurisées et optimisées);

  • Déployer et gérer des infrastructures sous forme de code (Infrastructure as Code) avec Terraform et CloudFormation;

  • Mettre en place des pipelines CI/CD pour les applications et les modèles d’IA;

  • Utiliser de façon experte le vibe coding pour générer des scripts, des configurations et des automatisations;

  • Automatiser les déploiements et les retours arrière (rollback) à l’aide de stratégies Blue/Green et Canary;

  • Configurer les outils de surveillance, d’alerte et d’observabilité des modèles d’IA en production;

  • Gérer les environnements (développement, préproduction, production) et les contrôles d’accès;

  • Optimiser les coûts et les performances infonuagiques (GPU, calcul, stockage);

  • Accompagner les équipes de développement sur les outils et les meilleures pratiques DevOps;

  • Produire la documentation technique des infrastructures et des procédures;

  • Mettre en œuvre les pratiques DevSecOps et assurer la conformité en matière de sécurité;

  • Partager avec l’équipe les meilleures pratiques en MLOps et en programmation assistée par l'IA.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en DevOps ou en ingénierie SRE (Site Reliability Engineering);

  • Expérience démontrée en programmation assitée par l'IA utilisant des outils d’IA pour générer des scripts, des configurations et diagnostiquer des incidents;

  • Expertise en MLOps et en déploiement de modèles d’IA en production;

  • Maîtrise des plateformes infonuagiques (AWS, Azure, GCP) et des services d’IA associés;

  • Expertise en Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates);

  • Solides compétences en conteneurisation et orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);

  • Expertise CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps);

  • Connaissance des outils MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, SageMaker Pipelines);

  • Excellentes compétences en scripting (Bash, Python) et en automatisation;

  • Expérience avec les solutions de surveillance et d’observabilité (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, DataDog);

  • Connaissance des pratiques de sécurité DevSecOps;

  • Expérience en gestion des secrets et des configurations (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager);

  • Atout : expérience avec les GPU et l’optimisation des ressources dédiées à l’IA;

  • Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
