Job Description

As a DevOps Developer, you are responsible for the continuity, efficiency, and performance of development and production environments. You ensure automation, monitoring, process optimization, and management of the necessary tools for development teams to deliver projects quickly and with quality. You can also contribute to incident management in production and actively participate in the implementation of continuous improvement solutions to optimize team productivity.

Additionally, you integrate ISAAC's mission and align with its strategic objectives, collaborating to achieve them. You maintain a balance between organizational needs and your personal needs, while adapting to changes. Furthermore, you contribute to creating a fulfilling work environment by showing care and radiating authenticity to your colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to identify and improve bottlenecks in the development cycle
  • Optimize development time by implementing the right tools
  • Lead continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Fix pipelines and resolve configuration, integration, and delivery issues
  • Select, migrate, and maintain best practices for the integration server
  • Manage tools for optimizing development resources
  • Improve the creation and management of environments using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and containerization
  • Administer the artifact management system
  • Implement branching strategy and source code management
  • Automate and deploy integration tests and unit tests
  • Manage integrations to CI/CD pipelines and pull requests (PR)
  • Maintain a test lab with different managed tablets
  • Be attentive to the recommendations of the Secure Development Cycle during software development: analysis, programming, testing, etc
  • Use processes and tools to secure technology platforms
  • Monitor logs and set up log centralization tools
  • Assist in resolving some production incidents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or other training combined with relevant experience
  • 10 years of software development and DevOps experience OR 5 years in DevOps
  • Good command of French
  • CI/CD tools: Mastery of platforms like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc. Ability to set up and maintain such systems.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) for task automation. IT infrastructure management (VMWare, etc.)
  • Programming (C# .NET)
  • Cloud Computing: Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). (Azure or equivalent)
  • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalents)
  • Monitoring: Mastery of tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or equivalent
  • IDE (Visual Studio, Visual Code, etc)
  • Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Office365)
