We're seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to oversee our content and campaigns, as well as launch our Developer Champions Pilot Program, focused on developers building on Forge. In this role, you'll design and execute programs that engage, enable, and celebrate our most passionate developer advocates. You'll also drive integrated marketing campaigns and create compelling content to grow awareness and adoption of Forge across the global developer community.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900
Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800
Zone C: $125,000 - $166,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What You'll Do
- Campaigns & Content:
- Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive developer acquisition, engagement, and retention for Forge.
- Manage content strategy and calendar, defining and coordinating editorial themes, and curating high-quality materials from varying sources and cross functional teams.
- Develop high-quality, developer-facing content including blog posts, guides, tutorials, case studies, and social media assets.
- Partner with Developer Experience and Product teams to craft messaging and positioning for key feature releases and product launches.
- Champions Program Leadership:
- Design, launch, and manage the Developer Champions Pilot Program, identifying and empowering influential developers to evangelize Forge and support their peers.
- Build relationships with Champions, providing them with resources, recognition, and opportunities to showcase their expertise.
- Collaborate with Community, Product, and Developer Relations teams to ensure a seamless and impactful program experience.
- Community Engagement:
- Organize and support developer events (e.g., Atlas Camp, Developer Days, hackathons) to foster community and showcase Forge's capabilities.
- Leverage online forums, webinars, and meetups to build a vibrant, engaged developer community.
- Measurement & Optimization:
- Define success metrics for the Champions Program and campaigns, track performance, and iterate based on feedback and data.
About You
- 3+ years in developer marketing, product marketing, or developer relations, ideally in SaaS or platform companies.
- Experience designing and running ambassador or champions programs for technical audiences.
- Proven ability to create compelling technical content and run integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for developer communities and empowering others to succeed.
