What Is The Opportunity?
Are you interested in playing a key product marketing role for a fast-moving startup driving analyst-led and client-specific intelligence as a managed service in the Threat Intelligence market? Nisos is currently seeking a hands-on product marketing manager to join our small, agile, and growing team.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working collaboratively with other key stakeholders, NIsos Demand Generation Manager will lead and grow the demand generation function, and be responsible for the creation, execution, process optimization, and data-driven reporting of all our marketing activities to generate leads, pipeline and revenue.
This is an opportunity for a creative individual who loves to collaborate and test new ideas, lives on the cutting edge of new marketing approaches, has experience across all demand generation disciplines, and has great project management skills. The ideal candidate is a roll-up-their-sleeves self-starter who excels at account-based marketing, is data-driven and highly analytical, and has a relentless focus on client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
You will have a solid B2B technology-based marketing background with proven success in driving pipeline. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, product management, external agencies, and vendors to drive demand for Nisos prospects.
You are able to optimize content and marketing channels. You are able to create campaigns and leverage demand generation channels to cultivate messaging that creates engagement and drives interest with prospective buyers. You are data driven.
Threat intelligence or cybersecurity experience is preferred, as well as an understanding of managed services. Key to this role will be the ability to understand our target clients and the buyer and influencer personas within those organizations. You will be able to drive joint marketing plans with research and go-to-market partners.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Nisos Product Marketing, Sales, and product Management to set strategy, and priorities that support the goals of the company
- Work with internal subject matter experts to create content, interact with the community and drive dark funnel engagement
- Develop campaigns (and identify promotional channels) aligned with Nisos service offerings and the requirements of specific buyer personas
- Develop and execute promotion plans and campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics including: email, events (conferences, webinars, roadshows), independent research, online advertising, digital, content syndication, video
- Identify, develop, and leverage compelling content in support of campaign objectives.
- Continuously enhance buyer journey, drive customer segmentation, map campaign objectives, and collaborate on the right assets needed for the different stages of the journey
- Work with internal and external team to ensure consistency in deliverables including: email, landing pages, advertising, event messaging, online and offline campaigns
- Embrace a data driven approach to everything; track, measure, and analyze all promotional activity performance. Be the metrics guru.
- Manage internal and externally produced events
- Become an expert on human risk management problems, solutions, and services
- Build and execute client acquisition marketing campaigns that target enterprise class organizations, buyers, and influencers
- Create, write and distribute campaign briefs, design campaign workflows, and document tactics
- Partner with sales teams and sales operations to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success. Collaborate with sales operations to maintain and optimize the lead scoring model.
- Develop campaign budget proposals mapped to goals and outcomes. Track progress against objectives.
- Engage with partners (research, reseller, go to market) to identify, build, coordinate, and deliver joint campaign activity
- Consistently test and enhance lead nurturing activities through measurement and optimization
- Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals
What You Bring
- Experience driving B2B high tech marketing/demand generation, including ABM
- Experience working in the Information Security sector (preferably with a cybersecurity, threat intelligence or managed services company).
- An understanding of industry problems and solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital and offline marketing channels including, but not limited to website, email, advertising, third-party promotion, SEO, and direct mail/email
- Proficiency in identifying and tracking demand generation programs through the complete lead and sales lifecycle including the delivery of reports detailing key success metrics
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing/lead scoring
- Experience writing and creating supporting campaign assets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into easily digestible mediums
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, whale collaborating with the team.
Where You’ll Work
- The position is remote but you must be authorized to work in the US. You will be expected to travel on an as-needed basis, though travel is expected to be less than 20%.
