We are a team of dedicated engineers and creatives striving to develop the very best experiences for our customers. Our internal motto is 'Be Wow' — everything we do is fun, entertaining or surprising to encounter.

About You

You're a performance marketer who knows how to turn campaigns into pipeline. You've spent years building and running demand generation programs in a technical or complex product environment — and you understand that great marketing isn't just about awareness, it's about revenue.

You're comfortable owning the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy through to reporting, and you use data to make decisions, not just to report on them. You thrive in a global context, adapting messaging and tactics across different markets without losing focus on what drives results. You're also a clear communicator — because in a role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, your ability to align stakeholders and translate technical value into compelling stories is what makes campaigns land.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact
  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting global markets, with a focus on driving qualified pipeline for the sales team
  • Own the marketing pipeline number — tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns against revenue contribution targets
  • Develop and manage paid media, email, and content-led programs that generate measurable awareness and inbound interest for Engineered Arts' robotics portfolio
  • Partner with sales to align campaign timing, messaging, and lead handoff processes to ensure pipeline converts
  • Analyze campaign performance data weekly and translate findings into actionable improvements across channels
  • Support brand initiatives where they directly contribute to demand — ensuring Engineered Arts' global presence reinforces pipeline goals
What we're looking for
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on demand generation or performance marketing experience, ideally within a technical, robotics, engineering, or complex product business
  • Proven track record of building campaigns that directly contribute to revenue pipeline — you can show the numbers
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Experience running paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and affiliate networks
  • Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable pulling reports, interpreting data, and making campaign decisions based on what you find
  • Ability to work across global markets, adapting campaigns for different audiences and regions
