We are a team of dedicated engineers and creatives striving to develop the very best experiences for our customers. Our internal motto is 'Be Wow' — everything we do is fun, entertaining or surprising to encounter.
About YouYou're a strategic demand generation marketer who knows how to build the engine that turns marketing into revenue. You've spent years designing, scaling, and optimizing demand generation programs in technical or complex product environments — and you understand that great marketing isn't just about awareness, it's about predictable, scalable pipeline. You bring a builder's mindset: you can set the strategy, stand up the infrastructure, and drive the execution across channels and global markets. You're as comfortable presenting a pipeline forecast to the leadership team as you are rolling up your sleeves to optimize a campaign in-flight. You sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product — and your ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical value into compelling commercial narratives is what sets you apart.
What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact- Own and scale the demand generation strategy across Engineered Arts' global markets, building the playbook for how marketing drives qualified pipeline and revenue
- Own the marketing pipeline number — setting targets in partnership with sales and leadership, forecasting performance, and reporting on revenue contribution at the executive level
- Design and manage multi-channel programs — including paid media, email nurture, content syndication, events, and account-based marketing — that generate measurable awareness, inbound interest, and qualified opportunities for the robotics portfolio
- Build and optimize the lead lifecycle — from acquisition through MQL to SQL handoff — partnering closely with sales to define scoring models, SLAs, and handoff processes that maximize conversion
- Lead campaign performance analysis, establishing reporting cadences, dashboards, and a culture of data-driven decision-making across the marketing function
- Coordinate with external agencies or contractors as needed, ensuring quality execution and alignment with campaign goals
- Inform the marketing technology roadmap — evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools across the martech stack to support scale and efficiency
- Support brand and product marketing initiatives where they directly contribute to demand — ensuring Engineered Arts' global presence reinforces pipeline goals
- 7+ years of progressive demand generation or performance marketing experience, ideally within a technical, robotics, engineering, or complex product business
- Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline or revenue target — you've been accountable for a number and can show how your programs moved it
- Experience building and scaling demand gen programs, not just executing them — you've stood up processes, defined strategy, and driven results in growing or evolving organizations
- Deep proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent), including lead scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution modelling
- Strong paid media expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and affiliate/partner networks, with experience managing meaningful budgets
- Advanced analytical skills — you build dashboards, interpret funnel data, and make strategic campaign decisions based on what the numbers tell you
- Experience coordinating with agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional partners to deliver campaigns on time and on target
- Ability to operate across global markets, adapting strategy and messaging for different audiences, regions, and buying cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can present to leadership, align with sales, and translate technical value into commercial impact
- Experience marketing physical products, hardware, or robotics
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Background in B2B marketing within industries such as entertainment, education, hospitality, or emerging technology
- Experience with event-led demand generation (trade shows, conferences, live demos)
