Position Overview
We're hiring a Demand Generation Coordinator to support our growing demand generation function for Rebus. This is an entry-level role, ideal for an early-career marketer who wants to build foundational skills in marketing automation, lead management, events and campaign analytics.
- You'll work closely with the Senior Demand Generation Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day execution, logistics, and reporting that keep Rebus campaigns and events running smoothly.
- This role is primarily focused on Rebus; you may occasionally support Longbow Advantage marketing needs on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & SETUP
- Support execution of email marketing campaigns: building sends, segmenting lists, QA/testing, and scheduling.
- Assist with setup and monitoring of paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), including tracking, budget pacing, and basic optimization support.
- Maintain and organize campaign assets, lists, and workflows in HubSpot.
SEO & WEBSITE SUPPORT
- Support basic on-page SEO tasks tied to campaigns: metadata, keyword tagging, and landing page optimization.
- Assist with website updates related to campaigns and digital marketing initiatives (landing pages, forms, campaign-specific content).
- Help track SEO and website performance metrics, flagging opportunities to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager.
- Support coordination with our SEO/paid ads agency and web maintenance partner on campaign-related requests.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Pull and organize campaign performance data (email, paid, event) into regular reporting.
- Support tracking of key demand gen metrics and flag trends or issues to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager.
- Help maintain clean, accurate data across HubSpot and reporting dashboards.
EVENT LOGISTICS
- Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, trade shows, and webinars: venue and vendor coordination, shipping/materials, registration, and on-site support.
- Support promotional planning and follow-up communications for events.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content.
- Measure event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events.
COLLABORATION & COORDINATION
- Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and Content Marketing Manager to keep campaign messaging and timing aligned.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on execution details as needed.
- Track work in monday.com and flag blockers early.
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related internship; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with marketing tools we use like HubSpot, Wordpress, Canva, Google Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing several moving pieces at once.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting basics (Excel/Sheets); eager to build deeper analytics skills.
- Clear written and verbal communicator.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking direction while building toward more ownership over time.
- Ability to travel for a few in-person events/trade shows (approximately 1-3 per year)
- Comfort using AI tools (we use Claude) to work more efficiently is a plus.
