We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!

The Role

As a Deal Desk, you’ll be a foundational member of the Revenue Operations team- building scalable systems that help Solink structure and close deals more efficiently and with greater accuracy. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal execution, enforce pricing governance, and ensure every quote aligns with internal policies and strategic goals.

This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to shape the Deal Desk function from the ground up as our very FIRST Deal Desk. You’ll be responsible for developing processes, supporting deal strategy, and driving operational improvements that reduce risk, increase speed, and improve the overall customer and sales team experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Deal Desk, you’ll own and optimize core deal processes that enable our Sales team to move fast, stay compliant, and close with confidence. You’ll play a key role in reducing risk, increasing deal velocity, and ensuring Solink maintains scalable and auditable pricing practices.

Your work will directly support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.

  • Partner with the Sales team to define and support consistent pricing and quoting strategies for new and existing deals

  • Create, document, and continuously improve Deal Desk policies, procedures, and approval workflows

  • Provide training and day-to-day support to Sales and Revenue teams on quoting tools, pricing rules, and policy compliance

  • Monitor and enforce pricing, discounting, and commercial term compliance in alignment with company policies

  • Ensure all required approvals are obtained and well-documented in our systems of record

  • Own the product license assignment and activation process within internal systems, ensuring seamless customer onboarding

  • Lead and support special projects focused on contract data quality, pricing analysis, and revenue reporting accuracy

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and increased efficiency in deal structuring and quoting

What You Bring
  • You’re detail-oriented and data-obsessed- known for catching things others miss and for building systems that scale.

  • You have a strong work ethic and a ruthless ability to prioritize- especially under time pressure.

  • You excel in collaborative, cross-functional environments, and can build trust with stakeholders in Sales, Legal, Finance, and beyond.

  • You bring a growth mindset- hungry to learn, open to feedback, and ready to evolve alongside the business.

  • You’re resourceful and proactive- comfortable navigating ambiguity and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Contract Management

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (experience with Salesforce CPQ or DealHub is a strong plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage and execute a high volume of transactions with speed, accuracy, and integrity

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience developing or optimizing deal desk policies and pricing frameworks

  • Knowledge of approval workflows and pricing governance best practices

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial principles (e.g., ARR, discounting, MRR impact)

Security Requirements
  • Criminal background check required upon hire

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States

  • Must comply with Solink's internal security policies

We do things the Solink way:

  • Act with URGENCY – Our customers move fast, so we do too.
