As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in any request they may have through the Quote to Cash process. You will mostly be involved in pricing strategies, Order Form creation and CRM accuracy overview. As a member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Finance Director.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Pricing Strategy: Advise the sales team in developing complex pricing strategies based on customer’s ask and Poka’s best practices.
- Forecasting Accuracy: Insure deals forecasting accuracy by supporting the weekly forecast process.
- CRM Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate data within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and facilitating sales process and reporting.
- Contract Review: Review contracts and proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and company standards.
- Approval Process: Facilitate the internal deal approval process, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
- Relation with the Sales Team: Create a relation built on trust and collaboration with the sales team and the other departments.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, finance or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to work with other departments and to create relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex deal data and make informed recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
