  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes, engaging and informing the stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations.
  • Lead the development and adoption of the highest analytics standards and methodologies among the Data Office and across the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business processes, systems, and underlying data architecture.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Data Strategy Team, identifying areas for optimization and driving initiatives to enhance data processes, systems, and quality.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with data professionals across the organization.
  • Demonstrate professional empathy by actively listening to stakeholders, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic group initiatives that should be supported by the Data Office as part of its evolving roadmap, leveraging the experience you’ll gain working with the business.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in roles involving data analytics, data science, data strategy, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
  • Skills:
    • Proven business acumen to understand organizational goals and align data initiatives with strategic objectives.

    • Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
    • Familiarity with modern data transformation tools such as dbt or Dataform.
    • Experience with version control, collaboration, and workflow management (e.g., Github).
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, mentor team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
