About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analytics & BI Analyst to help turn data from across the business into clear, reliable, and actionable insights.

This role will sit at the intersection of data, reporting, and business decision-making. You’ll work across multiple systems and functional areas to bring together information, ensure it is accurate and consistent, and build reporting that helps teams understand performance and make better decisions.

You’ll partner closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations to understand what questions matter most and translate those needs into scalable dashboards, reporting, and analysis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is technically strong but equally comfortable thinking about the business behind the numbers. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond simply pulling data and help determine what should be measured, how it should be interpreted, and how it can be communicated clearly.

What You’ll Do
  • Pull together and analyze data from multiple systems and sources to create a reliable, consolidated view of business performance.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting for key business areas, including MBRs/QBRs, Sales, Marketing, funnel performance, customer trends, and product usage.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business questions, identify the metrics that matter most, and translate those needs into meaningful reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain data models and reporting structures that make business data easier to access, understand, and use consistently across the organization.
  • Establish strong data validation and quality-control processes to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and trusted.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers and other technical partners to identify data gaps, clarify requirements, and improve how data is collected, structured, and made available for reporting.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Query and manipulate data using SQL and other analytical tools to support business reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations that allow teams and leaders to quickly understand performance and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Help define, document, and standardize key business metrics and reporting methodologies across teams.
  • Investigate discrepancies and inconsistencies across systems and work with relevant teams to improve overall data quality.
  • Support recurring executive and leadership reporting, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests while identifying opportunities to turn repeat questions into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Continuously improve dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytical processes as the company and its data needs evolve.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business analytics, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, metric definitions, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience combining and reconciling data across multiple business systems such as CRM, product analytics, marketing, billing, finance, or customer success platforms.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to determine what information is meaningful rather than simply reporting every available metric.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracy and reliability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering with both technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR/MRR, churn, retention, conversion, CAC, LTV, product adoption, and funnel performance.
  • Experience supporting executive reporting, MBRs, or QBRs.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar business and product platforms.
  • Familiarity with dbt or other analytics engineering tools.
  • Experience helping establish standardized company-wide metrics or reporting frameworks.

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. Accommodations are available for candidates participating in all aspects of the selection process.
