About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join Crowdstrike’s Product Insights team. Our team is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and leveraging the analytics data systems in and around the award-winning Crowdstrike Falcon Console. This work is foundational and enables high-speed, high-precision, and data-driven decision making that keeps customers raving about our products.
In this role, you will calculate key metrics, build analytical insights, maintain data governance best practices, write documentation, and process automation to be adopted company wide. You will also be a strong partner to cross-functional teams such as Product Design, Product Management, Sales and Engineering, and collaborate with Analytics Engineers to maintain and optimize data delivery and extraction from our product analytics data warehouse to self-service business intelligence.
What You’ll Do:Provide data analytics services to internal stakeholders to help solve critical business problems, drive value, and gain strategy and insight from information
Use advanced data analysis techniques and architectures that leverage technology to process large volumes of data to perform complex computations in a scalable, reproducible and automated manner
Assist with maintenance of data quality and conduct reconciliation analysis
Deliver new ad-hoc analysis and visualizations required by key stakeholders, while thinking critically about requests, asking insightful questions, and strategically impacting outcomes
Be quick to respond to issues and finding resolutions to problems in a timely manner
A self-driven, growth-oriented mindset and openness to feedback and improvement
Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgment by observing, identifying, and solving problems

A degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years prior experience building Tableau dashboards and stories
Minimum 1-2 years SQL and relational database experience
Excellent soft skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical, complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
Experience with Data Warehouse environments (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake)
Recent hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as SQL, RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph DBs, and Data Visualization skills using BI tools such as Amplitude, Snowflake, Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or D3.
Display design oriented thinking with experience working on Executive level visibility dashboards
Ability to work from our Toronto office 2+ days per week

CrowdStrike Canada ULC is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $90,000 - $135,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
