Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Développeur(se) IA pour rejoindre notre centre d'expertise et nos projets Data & IA.
Responsabilités
Développement et implémentation:
Concevoir et développer des applications de haute qualité utilisant Python et les technologies d’IA générative (LLM, RAG);
Implémenter et optimiser des modèles d’IA générative en utilisant des Frameworks modernes, et savoir interroger les solutions propriétaires telles que Azure OpenAI, Perplexity ou AWS Bedrock;
Développer des fonctionnalités backend efficaces et évolutives pour les modules IA.
Collaboration technique:
Collaborer avec l’Architecte IA et le Lead technique IA pour définir et mettre en place les solutions techniques;
Participer activement aux discussions d’architecture et aux revues de code;
Intégrer les composants front-end (Angular) lorsque nécessaire pour assurer la cohérence des développements .
Qualifications
Participation active dans minimum de 3-4 livraison de projet majeur dans un contexte financier/bancaire;
Maîtrise avancée de Python avec minimum 5-7 ans d’expérience en développement;
Maîtrise de développement en environnement industrialisé (Production ready);
Expérience avec les outils de versioning (git) et les pratiques DevOps (CI/CD sur Azure Devops);
Expérience confirmée en IA Générative avec utilisation de LLM (GPT, Claude, Perplexity);
Connaissance approfondie des techniques de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) et fine-tuning;
Maîtrise des Framework Python : FastAPI, etc.;
Être à l'aise avec les environnements AWS (modules ECS, PostgreSQL).
