Grâce à l’apprentissage profond, à l’infonuagique et à notre procédé exclusif, notre solution optimise de manière autonome les systèmes de contrôle de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation (CVC) existants dans le but d’optimiser la consommation d’énergie.

Le bon candidat ou la bonne candidate profitera d’une occasion stimulante au sein d’une société à forte croissance. Le ou la spécialiste de la facturation et des revenus sera responsable de la facturation exacte et rapide des clients, de la surveillance des comptes clients ainsi que de la résolution des problèmes de facturation. Il ou elle sera également responsable de la comptabilisation exacte des produits et de la création de rapports de gestion mensuels. L’examen et l’interprétation des contrats seront essentiels à la comptabilisation appropriée des produits. En outre, le titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes chargées des ventes et de la mise en œuvre pour s’assurer que toutes les transactions de facturation et de revenus sont correctement enregistrées et rapprochées.  

Vos tâches

• Contribuer à la maturation de notre infrastructure cloud.
• Identifier les domaines susceptibles d’être automatisés et les mettre en œuvre.
• Identifier proactivement les goulets d'étranglement de l'infrastructure et coordonner leur résolution.
• Documenter l'infrastructure et les procédures pour l'équipe de support.
• Soutenir les systèmes existants.

Vos qualifications

• Diplôme de licence en génie logiciel, informatique ou expérience équivalente.
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire.
• Excellente connaissance des services AWS (ECS, ECR, Parameter Store, API Gateway, ELB, S3, Lambda, Cognito, etc.) et des réseaux AWS (sous-réseaux, tables de routage, transit gateway, Cloud WAN, etc.).
• Excellente connaissance de Terraform (ou d'un outil similaire IaC, mais nous utilisons Terraform).
• Excellente connaissance de Gitlab (ou d'une plateforme CI/CD similaire).
• Solide expérience avec Git (création de branches, fusion, étiquetage, résolution des problèmes de performance, etc.).
• Expérience en script avec des langages de programmation de haut niveau (par exemple Python).
• Connaissance des bonnes pratiques des environnements de production.
• Excellentes compétences en dépannage.
• Capacité d'adaptation, organisation et aptitude à jongler avec plusieurs priorités.
• Excellentes compétences en rédaction et communication.
• Bilinguisme français-anglais obligatoire.
• Les candidats(es) retenus(es), de plus de la maîtrise du Français, doivent avoir une compétence professionnelle complète en anglais afin de supporter et collaborer avec des clients(es), collègues et/ou diverses parties prenantes anglophones

You will help the team continue supporting legacy systems. This may include account and access administration. Generating ad-hoc reports. RCA of failures. Proposals for legacy infrastructure. What you will do 

• Contribute to the maturation of our cloud infrastructure.
  
• Identify areas for automation and implement them.
  
• Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks and coordinate remediation.
  
• Document infrastructure and runbooks for support team.
  
• Supporting legacy systems. 

What you will need to be successful 

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  
• Excellent knowledge of AWS services (ECS, ECR, Parameter Store, API Gateway, ELB, S3, Lambda, Cognito, etc.) and AWS networking (subnets, route tables, transit gateway, Cloud WAN, etc.)
  
• Excellent knowledge of Terraform (or similar IaC but we use Terraform).
  
• Excellent knowledge of Gitlab (or similar CI/CD platform).
  
• Strong knowledge and experience with Git (branching, merging, tagging, troubleshooting performance, etc.).
  
• Scripting experience with high-level programming languages (ex. Python).
  
• Knowledge of production environment best practices.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  
• Adaptable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent written and communication skills. 
• Bilingualism in French and English is required. Candidates selected, in addition to mastering French, must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues, and/or various stakeholders.
