Qualifications :

·        Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.

·        Baccalauréat ou un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinente.

·        Fort sens du service à la clientèle et souci constant de la satisfaction du client.

·        Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), les outils de configuration/prix/devis (CPQ) et/ou les progiciels de gestion intégrés (ERP).

·        Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des collègues et des clients variés.

·        Solides compétences techniques et maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

·        Esprit d’équipe, sens aigu de l’organisation et habileté à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

·        Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et capacité à établir des priorités avec un minimum de supervision.

·        Aptitudes démontrées en résolution de problèmes et volonté d’assumer des responsabilités.

·        Motivation à atteindre des résultats supérieurs dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.

 

Qualifications souhaitées :

·        Expérience préalable en saisie et traitement de commandes.

·        Connaissance des outils Salesforce CRM et Select Configure Price Quote (SCPQ).

·        Expérience avec SAP sera considérée et une forte aptitude technique est requise.

·        Expérience dans le soutien de projets d’ingénierie, de la phase de devis/offre jusqu’à la livraison et la facturation.

·        Familiarité avec les pratiques d’amélioration continue, de Lean Management, de cartographie de la chaîne de valeur et d’élimination des gaspillages.
