The opportunity
Are you passionate about creating seamless, scalable logistics solutions that align with customer needs? As a Customer Success Solutions Engineer, you’ll combine technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to design and implement integrated logistics solutions that drive success for both our customers and Maersk. This role bridges the gap between strategic design and practical execution, ensuring our customers experience exceptional value and service.

By joining Maersk as a Customer Success Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we deliver integrated logistics solutions, empowering both our customers and our Sales Team to achieve success.

Key responsibilities

Solution Design and Development

  • Lead the design, costing, and pricing of end-to-end logistics solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals.
  • Develop detailed solution designs, including scope of services, operating models, cost estimates, recommended pricing, and projected P&L for Maersk.
  • Create process flows and engineering visualizations for proposed solutions, ensuring clarity and scalability.
  • Analyze customer RFQs to determine requirements and calculate appropriate resource and size needs for each project.

Customer-Centric Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to bundle and position complementary logistics solutions that address customer pain points and deliver measurable value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales Team, translating technical logistics solutions into clear, actionable customer value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different transport modes (sea, air, road, rail, charter) to align and optimize solution delivery.

Post-Sale Excellence

  • Take ownership of post-contract tasks to ensure smooth implementation and seamless execution of solutions.
  • Act as the key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving internal customer challenges during the implementation phase.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Identify bottlenecks in solution delivery processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine and optimize solution design and delivery strategies.

  • Partnering with sales representatives, providing tools and insights needed to confidently deliver high-value solutions.

  • Customers experience seamless integration and exceptional results from Maersk’s end-to-end logistics offerings.

  • Solution delivery processes are optimized, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for

  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics, specializing in providing innovative solutions for warehousing, trucking, air freight, and LCL shipments.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated logistics solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. French, Spanish, and Chinese is an asset but not required.
  • Strong analytical and solution design skills, including process optimization and cost modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
  • Proficiency in creating visualizations and process flows to support customer proposals and implementation plans.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
  • A customer-first approach with a focus on delivering high-impact, measurable outcomes.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • A collaborative team player who values continuous improvement and innovation.

Pay Range: $67,000-$72,000 CAD*

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
