The Position

Customer Project Manager

Location: Candidates should be located within  the Greater Montreal Area to balance on-site collaboration with field flexibility.

  • Championing our project methodology by providing the frameworks and tools necessary to secure top-quality results and reinforce our market-leading reputation.

  • Bridging the gap between the customer, the contract, and the physical implementation, leading every initiative to successful completion.

  • Aligning business practices across all involved areas by promoting and sharing a consistent project management methodology.

  • Driving continuous improvement momentum within the Project Management Office to keep our processes at the cutting edge.

Operational Excellence

  • Reporting on the entire implementation portfolio, delivering critical status updates on timelines, milestones, and project phases from initiation to closure.

  • Developing tailored communication tools that meet the unique requirements of both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Empowering fellow managers by sharing essential project plans, schedules, and accountability tools for smaller-scale executions.

  • Utilizing performance management and capacity planning tools to provide the data foundation for our strategic and operational decisions.

  • Executing all administrative and support tasks essential to the seamless delivery of your projects.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and a recognized Project Management certification (PMP), or are currently pursuing one.

  • You are experienced with over 7 years working within Diagnostic Healthcare

  • You bring extensive lab-specific Project Management knowledge and experience, bringing deep industry expertise to the team.

  • You demonstrate a high level of self-organization and technical proficiency in project management software and digital tools.

  • In this position, you will be servicing customers across Canada, therefore a proficient level of English is required and French is required.

  • You possess superior communication and people management skills, with a proven ability to work autonomously in a field-based role requiring at least 20% travel.

Vous gérerez un portefeuille diversifié de projets d'envergure à long terme, en mettant à profit votre expertise pour prévenir les retards d'installation et assurer l'avenir des diagnostics grâce à une planification et une exécution rigoureuses. L’opportunité :

Leadership stratégique

  • Promouvoir notre méthodologie de projet en fournissant les cadres et les outils nécessaires pour garantir des résultats de qualité supérieure et renforcer notre réputation de chef de file du marché.

  • Assurer le lien entre le client, le contrat et la mise en œuvre physique, en menant chaque initiative vers une réussite complète.

  • Harmoniser les pratiques commerciales dans tous les secteurs concernés en promouvant et en partageant une méthodologie de gestion de projet cohérente.

  • Stimuler l'amélioration continue au sein du Bureau de gestion de projets (BGP) afin de maintenir nos processus à la fine pointe de l'industrie.

Excellence opérationnelle

  • Assurer le suivi de l’ensemble du portefeuille de mise en œuvre, en fournissant des rapports d'étape critiques sur les échéanciers, les jalons et les phases de projet, du lancement à la clôture.

  • Développer des outils de communication personnalisés répondant aux exigences uniques des équipes internes et des parties prenantes externes.

  • Soutenir les autres gestionnaires en partageant les plans de projet, les calendriers et les outils de reddition de comptes essentiels pour les exécutions de moindre envergure.

  • Utiliser des outils de gestion de la performance et de planification de la capacité pour fournir les données de base nécessaires à nos décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.

  • Exécuter toutes les tâches administratives et de soutien essentielles à la livraison fluide de vos projets.

Qui vous êtes :

  • Vous détenez un baccalauréat et une certification reconnue en gestion de projet (PMP), ou êtes en voie de l'obtenir.

  • Vous possédez plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des diagnostics de santé.

  • Vous apportez une connaissance et une expérience approfondies de la gestion de projets spécifiques aux laboratoires, offrant ainsi une expertise sectorielle pointue à l'équipe.

  • Vous faites preuve d'un haut niveau d'autonomie organisationnelle et d'une maîtrise technique des logiciels de gestion de projet et des outils numériques.

  • Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous servirez des clients partout au Canada; par conséquent, la maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise.

  • Vous possédez d'excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et la gestion de personnel, avec une capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome dans un rôle de terrain nécessitant au moins 20 % de déplacements.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Laval is 90,312.00 and 118,534.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
