About the Role

Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm delivering digital transformation programs for banks and credit unions across Canada and the United States. We are Creatio's Premier Partner for Banks and Credit Unions - Creatio CRM is at the core of everything we build.

We're looking for a Technical Consultant who knows the platform deeply and can own the technical layer of complex implementations end-to-end. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will architect solutions, lead integrations, and work directly with client IT teams.

Note on schedule: The role is completely remote. Our clients are based in North America, so some EST timezone overlap is expected - we are flexible on how you structure your day around this.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements
  • Lead system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise systems - ensuring clean data flows, optimal workflows, and strong user experience
  • Work directly with client IT departments to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders - bridging the gap between IT and business
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation standards
  • Contribute to SM's internal knowledge base and participate in the broader Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification (mandatory)
  • 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations
  • Deep hands-on Creatio platform knowledge - architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns
  • Strong client-facing communication skills - written and verbal in English
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members
  • Ability to overlap with EST working hours

Strong advantages

  • Financial services domain experience (banking, credit unions, insurance)
  • Experience with iPaaS integration tools
  • Active participation in the Creatio community
  • Full project lifecycle experience - from discovery and design through go-live and support

Why Solutions Metrix

  • Creatio-first environment
  • Premier Partner status - work at the highest level of the Creatio ecosystem, on complex North American financial services implementations
  • Senior exposure - boutique firm, expert team - you work directly with senior clients and decision-makers.
  • Continuous learning - we actively support certifications, community involvement, and professional development
  • Fully remote, flexible - work from anywhere - aligned with EST timezone

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible working hours
  • Fully remote
  • Paid time off
  • Medical and dental insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Company equipment
  • Diverse and inclusive team culture
