  • Strong knowledge of French labor legislation, including hands-on experience with collective labor agreements and labor law cases.

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Proven ability to manage, coach and motivate a team.

  • Proactive, adaptable and hands-on personality suited to a dynamic business environment.

  • Solution-oriented, you will be able to develop the missions and responsibilities of HR France with a focus on quality and added value.

Our offer
  • No two days the same: With projects all over the world across multiple sectors, there’s always something new to add to our 140 years of know-how.

  • An environment where you can flourish: The perfect combination of the freedom to make the role your own and collaborative, supportive teamwork.
