ROLE SUMMARY:
Pfizer's Oncology/Hematology is a growing portfolio currently focused on 4 main franchises: Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Genitourinary and Hematologic tumors; all of them envisioning a promising pipeline around first in class mechanisms of action.
The Country Brand Lead will provide strategic commercial and operational guidance for the Oncology brands and specifically to the Breast Cancer Franchise, and he/she will work in coordination with in-market commercial, medical and cross functional teams to maximize value and drive continued revenue growth for the main brands.
This position requires a self-starter with strong strategic and analytical thinking, core pharma marketing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively collaborate across the enterprise.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of Breast Cancer portfolio strategic and operational plans to maximize brands value by driving continued revenue growth, increased use in earlier lines of treatment, and expansion to new hospitals.
- Maximize current portfolio performance, while securing an optimal launch for priority brands.
- Generate market and customer insights to shape critical success factors and strategies and gather cross-functional insights to inform the short- and long-term strategy for Oncology Business Unit and the Breast Cancer Portfolio assets.
- Drives and implements compliant customer facing activities (customer programs, symposia, policy, PR and ad boards) aligned with local customer needs and marketplace insights. Identifies relevant opinion leaders, medical societies, cooperative and study groups and uses this core stakeholder group to form the basis of local strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Accountable for the planning, spending, and controlling local budget as agreed for areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with Health & Value, Medical, BAI, Regulatory, Corporate Affairs colleagues and the Global Team to evaluate business cases and define appropriate access for Onco-Hematology initiatives.
- Grant an optimal collaboration with Emerging Markets and International Commercial Office teams.
- Optimal collaboration with new Pfizer commercial platforms, and enabling functions.
- Partner with Supply and PGS colleagues to support the complex supply chain management, ensuring accuracy of estimated demand and timely availability of the products to minimize stock outs, write offs and maintain a patients first approach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in oncology/hematology pharmaceutical marketing is preferred , with demonstrated experience in managing sizeable brands.
- Demonstrated experience in leading new launches preferably in oncology, hematology.
- Strong collaboration/relationship-building skills and ability to engage across multiple functions
- Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree is required, Postgraduate (MBA) preferred
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
