Job Description

This position is ideal for a graduate who would like to gain corporate experience (approximately 8 months).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepare internal and external communications like press releases, memos, articles, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the communications (verify translations, visuals, etc.)
• Create content for the Sandoz Canada LinkedIn page and monitor comments.
• Coordinate website updates.
• Prepare daily press clippings and improve accuracy of the automated search tool.
• Support internal event logistics.
• Prepare creative visuals and presentations aligned with brand image for internal and external audiences.
• Update communications channels.
• Coordinate approval of external materials via internal approval platform.
• Take part in other Corporate Affairs team projects.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• University diploma in communications, public relations, administration, marketing, political science or other relevant field.
• Experienced in office work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to synthesize and analyze.
• Highly skilled writer.
• Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
• Able to organize and prioritize work.
• Inquisitive and eager to learn.
• Autonomous, meticulous and results-oriented.

Desirable Requirements:

• Able to speak in front of larger audiences
• Skills with taking pictures
