Job Description
This position is ideal for a graduate who would like to gain corporate experience (approximately 8 months).
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepare internal and external communications like press releases, memos, articles, etc.
- Ensure the quality of the communications (verify translations, visuals, etc.)
- Create content for the Sandoz Canada LinkedIn page and monitor comments.
- Coordinate website updates.
- Prepare daily press clippings and improve accuracy of the automated search tool.
- Support internal event logistics.
- Prepare creative visuals and presentations aligned with brand image for internal and external audiences.
- Update communications channels.
- Coordinate approval of external materials via internal approval platform.
- Take part in other Corporate Affairs team projects.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- University diploma in communications, public relations, administration, marketing, political science or other relevant field.
- Experienced in office work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to synthesize and analyze.
- Highly skilled writer.
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
- Able to organize and prioritize work.
- Inquisitive and eager to learn.
- Autonomous, meticulous and results-oriented.
Desirable Requirements:
- Able to speak in front of larger audiences
- Skills with taking pictures
You’ll receive:
- A minimum of three weeks’ vacation.
