Le coordonnateur des ventes internes est responsable de répondre aux demandes de prix des clients dans un délais rapide et avec précision pour la gamme complète des produits de Forte Solutions Cadres et Portes.

Principales responsabilités :

- Analyser les demandes de prix des clients, produire l’estimation et l’entrer au système informatique avec un haut degré de précision

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants des clients de manière professionnelle tout en maintenant les indicateurs de performance appropriés.

- Assurer le suivi pour veiller à ce que les problèmes des clients soient résolus rapidement et de manière approfondie.

- Communiquer clairement et professionnellement

-  Évaluer et identifier en permanence les opportunités d'amélioration des processus qui ont un impact positif sur l'expérience du client.

- Respecter toutes les règles et réglementations relatives à la sécurité et à l'environnement en vigueur dans l'entreprise.

- Effectuer d'autres tâches confiées par le chef d’équipe des ventes internes afin de garantir une expérience client positive.

- Maintenir un environnement de travail qui encourage et soutient la collaboration et le travail d'équipe.

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for responding to customer pricing requests accurately and within tight timelines for the full range of Forte Frame and Door Solutions products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer pricing requests, prepare estimates, and enter them into the computer system with a high degree of accuracy

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner while maintaining appropriate performance indicators

  • Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Continuously evaluate and identify process improvement opportunities that positively impact the customer experience

  • Comply with all company safety and environmental rules and regulations

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Team Lead to ensure a positive customer experience

  • Maintain a work environment that encourages and supports collaboration and teamwork

 

 

Qualifications

Formation requise :

- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis, diplôme d'études supérieures ou plus de préférence.

Expérience et compétences recherchées :

- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente interne, y compris à l’estimation. Expérience pertinente dans l'industrie manufacturière ou l'industrie des matériaux de construction de préférence.

- Connaissance des produits liés à l'industrie des matériaux de construction et/ou des portes ainsi que les mesures en fraction, décimal et métrique serait un atout.

- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et efficace dans un environnement d'équipe en évolution rapide.

- Solides compétences en matière de prise de décision et d'analyse

- Excellentes compétences en communication téléphonique et écrite

- Excellentes compétences en informatique avec les applications Microsoft

- Forte capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois tout en maintenant un niveau élevé d'attention aux détails.

- Sens de l'organisation et capacité à tenir des dossiers détaillés

- Capacité à établir et à développer en permanence des relations professionnelles avec les clients internes et externes.

- Aptitude à résoudre efficacement les conflits

- Poste de 40 heures par semaine, travail à 100% en présentiel

- Fonctionnel autant en français qu’en anglais pour communiquer aisément avec tous nos clients au Canada

 

Required Education

  • High school diploma required; post‑secondary education or higher is preferred

Experience and Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of inside sales experience, including estimating; relevant experience in the manufacturing industry or building materials industry is preferred

  • Knowledge of products related to the building materials and/or door industry, as well as fractional, decimal, and metric measurements, is an asset

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment

  • Strong decision‑making and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications

  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records

  • Ability to build and continuously develop professional relationships with internal and external customers

  • Ability to effectively resolve conflicts

  • 40‑hour per week position, 100% on‑site work

  • Fully bilingual in French and English to communicate effectively with customers across Canada
