À propos du poste
Le ou la Spécialiste en projets immobiliers fournira un soutien interne exceptionnel à un groupe de Courtiers performant, spécialisés dans divers types d’actifs. Vous offrez un support sans pareil – non seulement vous êtes minutieux, mais vous excellez dans la création de matériel de marketing de premier ordre et faites preuve d’un sens aigu de la responsabilité dans votre travail. Votre capacité à rechercher et analyser des informations immobilières vous permet de devancer les attentes et vos idées sont appréciées. Ce poste est centré sur la gestion de projets, les propositions, les présentations, la rédaction de rapports, l’analyse de données, le marketing ciblé, l’administration des transactions et/ou les activités en contact direct avec les clients. Vous serez un véritable partenaire contribuant chaque jour à la croissance de l’équipe.
Dans ce rôle, vous devrez…
Travailler avec les Courtiers pour créer et préparer le contenu des propositions, qu’il s’agisse de propositions directes Colliers ou de réponses aux RFI et RFP.
Collaborer avec les Courtiers et Associés pour coordonner et exécuter des projets tels que les propositions et les CIM.
Préparer des études de marché (locations et ventes comparables, disponibilités).
Responsable de la coordination de projets et de l’exécution de matériel de marketing (brochures, campagne courriel marketing, cartes, envois postaux, événements de courtiers, etc.).
Élaborer, initier et gérer la campagne/plan marketing en lien avec la liste des Courtiers (planifier les mises à jour digitales et réseaux sociaux, et les événements de courtiers, etc.).
Travailler avec les Courtiers et Associés pour les demandes de renseignements sur les annonces
Aider à la gestion et à la coordination des processus de transaction et de la période de diligence - retours de signature, approbation, modifications, levées de conditions, documentation de clôture, traitement des registres de transactions. Entrer les fiches d’affaires et soumettre les dossiers complets et documents de support à l'équipe d'Administration des Transactions.
En collaboration avec les Courtiers, partager la responsabilité de la gestion de la base de données, y compris les informations sur les clients, contacts clés et/ou prospects (CRM).
Ce que vous apportez
Années d'expérience pertinentes requises pour exercer la fonction: 1 à 3 années d’expérience
Expérience en service dans l’industrie de l’immobilier commercial : Préféré
Expérience avec Adobe InDesign (ou Photoshop/Illustrator)
Une maîtrise de niveau avancée de la suite Office, y compris MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
Capacité à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et avec les partenaires extérieurs.
La connaissance de la terminologie de l'immobilier est un atout.

About the position
The Brokerage Project Specialist will provide exceptional internal support to a high performing group of Advisors specializing in various asset classes. The support you provide is second to none - not only are you detailed oriented, but you excel at creating industry leading marketing collateral and have a strong sense of ownership for your work. Your ability to research and analyze real estate information allows you to stay two steps ahead and your insights are valued. This position focuses on project management, proposals, presentations, report writing, data analysis, target marketing, transaction administration and/or client-facing activities. You will be a true partner that contributes to the teams’ growth daily.
In this role, you will..
Work with Advisor(s) to create and prepare content for proposals, either Colliers – direct or in response to RFIs and RFPs
Work with Advisor(s) and Sales Assistant(s) on project coordination and execution of proposals and CIM’s etc.
Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparable, availabilities)
Responsible for project coordination and execution of marketing collateral (property brochures, email templates, maps, mail pieces, broker events, etc) for listings
Strategize, initiate and manage overall marketing campaign/plan as it relates to Advisor(s) listing (schedule digital and social media updates and broker events, etc)
Liaise with Advisor(s) and Sales Assistant(s) regarding listing inquiries and set-up and facilitate tours
Assist in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes – sign backs, going firm, amendments, subject removals, closing documentation, processing trade records. Entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork to Deal Administration team
In partnership with Advisor(s) share ownership for database management, such as information pertaining to clients, key contacts, and/or prospects (CRM)
What you bring
Relevant years of experience required to perform the role: 1 to 3 years of experience
CRE experience / background to perform the role: Preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Adobe InDesign experience (or Photoshop/Illustrator)
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written, in French and English
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Knowledge of real estate terminology an asset.
