Aperçu du poste :
Le/la Coordonnateur(trice) du Contrôle des Inventaires et de la Conformité est responsable du maintien de registres d'inventaire précis, de la surveillance des transactions en entrepôt et de l'assurance de la conformité aux politiques de l'entreprise ainsi qu'aux exigences de la loi Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Cette personne effectuera des audits quotidiens sur diverses activités liées à l'inventaire dans notre entrepôt, incluant, sans s'y limiter, la réception des marchandises, les audits de remorques/sorties, et les comptages cycliques. The Inventory Control & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring warehouse transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirementsor performing daily audits on various inventory related activities performed at our warehouse including, but not limited to, inbound receiving, outbound/trailer audits, and daily cycle counting. This individual will work closely with cross functional teams including Operations, Vendor Compliance, Internal Audit, and Inventory Accounting to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity is maintained.

Responsabilités :
- Répondre aux demandes liées au contrôle des inventaires et résoudre les problèmes et écarts identifiés.
- Enquêter sur les écarts d'inventaire, en identifier les causes fondamentales et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Effectuer des audits aléatoires pour réconcilier les écarts d'inventaire.
- Traiter les ajustements d'inventaire quotidiens une fois les écarts validés.
- Analyser et tester aléatoirement les procédures de comptage cyclique et physique de l'entrepôt pour assurer la conformité.
- Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels pour les réunions exécutives, en fournissant des analyses claires et exploitables.
- Documenter et maintenir les processus internes et les flux de travail, y compris les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) et les guides de formation.
- Gérer et organiser les fichiers/documents clés dans le répertoire partagé.
- Participer aux audits trimestriels et annuels d'inventaire ainsi qu'aux procédures de comptage physique de fin d'année.
- Proposer des améliorations aux processus et à l'efficacité lorsque possible.
- Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus et réduire les coûts.
- Sens du détail, esprit analytique et grande organisation, avec une capacité démontrée à travailler rapidement et à fournir des informations précises et exploitables.

- Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec plusieurs parties prenantes.
- Maîtrise de MS Office, avec compétences intermédiaires en Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI et Microsoft Teams pour les rapports de conformité et de variances.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (bilinguisme préféré : anglais/français ou espagnol).
- Excellente gestion du temps et connaissance des techniques d'organisation.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration interfonctionnelle, avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles.

- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en contrôle des inventaires, logistique ou opérations d'entrepôt; une expérience dans une entreprise cotée en bourse ou dans un environnement réglementé par SOX est fortement souhaitée.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with Inventory Control enquiries to resolve identified inventory issues and discrepancies.
- Investigate and identify root causes of inventory variances and initiate action to rectify the issues.
- Conduct random audits as required to reconcile inventory variances.
- Process daily inventory adjustments when variances are identified and validated.
- Analyze and perform random testing on warehouse cycle count and physical count procedures to ensure compliance
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly reports for key executive meetings that provide actionable insights vs. just the data, in a clear and concise manner.
- Document and maintain internal processes and workflows including SOP's and training guides
- Manage and organize files/ key documents in share drive
- Participate in quarterly and yearly inventory audits and year-end physical count procedures
- Make recommendations to improve processes and efficiencies where possible
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes that add value and reduce costs
Attributes & Skills:
- Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized with proven ability to work quickly and deliver accurate and actionable information
- Autonomous, self- motivated, tenacious, and resourceful
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with several stakeholders
- MS office proficiency with intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams skills for compliance and variance reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual Preferred) English/ French or Spanish
- Excellent time-management skills, and knowledge in organizational techniques.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of work
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- 2-4 years' experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations; experience in a publicly traded company or SOX-regulated environment strongly preferred
Certifications (Optional but Valued)
- APICS/ASCM Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt
