Sommaire du rôle

Au sein de l’équipe Marketing et Opérations des ventes, le ou la Coordonnateur(trice), campagnes marketing contribue à la planification, à la coordination et à l’exécution de campagnes marketing, tant présentielles que virtuelles, visant à soutenir les objectifs d’affaires de l’organisation.

En collaboration avec les différentes équipes marketing, ventes et partenaires internes, la personne titulaire participe à la mise en œuvre d’initiatives de génération de la demande, de visibilité de la marque et d’engagement client. Ce rôle requiert un excellent sens de l’organisation, une grande attention aux détails et la capacité de coordonner plusieurs initiatives simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et international.


Responsabilités principales
  • Participer à la planification, à la coordination et au déploiement de campagnes marketing multicanales.
  • Assurer le suivi des échéanciers, des livrables et des priorités liés aux campagnes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de création, de contenu, de marketing numérique et de ventes afin d’assurer l’exécution efficace des initiatives marketing.
  • Coordonner la production et la distribution des outils de communication et du matériel promotionnel.
  • Effectuer le suivi administratif des projets, notamment la documentation, les approbations et les budgets assignés.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d’initiatives visant à accroître la visibilité de la marque et l’engagement des clients.
  • Assurer la coordination logistique liée au déploiement des activités marketing sur différents territoires.
  • Préparer des rapports, des tableaux de bord et des recommandations afin de soutenir l’amélioration continue des initiatives marketing.
  • Coordonner les expéditions et assurer le suivi de l’inventaire du matériel marketing lorsque requis.
  • Maintenir à jour les outils, les bases de données et la documentation nécessaires au bon déroulement des activités marketing.
  • Effectuer une veille des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en marketing.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin.

Profil recherché
  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en marketing, administration, communications ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • De 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing, coordination de projets ou soutien aux campagnes marketing.
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités simultanément.
  • Esprit d’initiative et approche orientée vers les solutions.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration.
  • Curiosité, volonté d’apprendre et intérêt marqué pour le marketing.
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, PowerPoint et Word.
  • Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de projets et de collaboration.
  • Connaissance des principes de base du marketing numérique et des campagnes marketing.
  • Expérience avec des plateformes CRM ou d’automatisation marketing considérée comme un atout.
  • Capacité à effectuer des déplacements professionnels à l’extérieur du Canada.
  • Permis de conduire valide et capacité à voyager selon les besoins d’affaires.
  • Flexibilité pour soutenir certaines activités marketing en dehors des heures normales lorsque requis.

Position Summary

As part of the Marketing and Sales Operations team, the Marketing Campaigns Coordinator contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including both in-person and virtual initiatives, that support the organization's business objectives.

Working closely with various marketing, sales, and internal partner teams, the incumbent assists in implementing demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, international environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the planning, coordination, and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and priorities related to marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, digital marketing, and sales teams to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of communication tools and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including documentation, approvals, and assigned budgets.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate logistical activities related to the deployment of marketing initiatives across various territories.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support the continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate shipping activities and inventory management of marketing materials when required.
  • Maintain and update tools, databases, and documentation necessary for the effective operation of marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Desired Profile
  • University or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or marketing campaign support.
