Le coordinateur de projet, qui relève du gestionnaire de l'amélioration continue, est chargé de veiller à ce que les projets soient menés à bien dans les délais impartis et dans le respect du budget. Le coordonnateur travaille avec les membres de l'équipe pour établir des calendriers réalistes, assure le suivi des tâches pour garantir une progression harmonieuse et suit l'évolution des projets par le biais de diverses méthodes.

Principales fonctions et responsabilités:

  • Aider à la planification, à l'ordonnancement et aux tâches administratives.
  • Assurer le suivi des calendriers, des étapes et des produits livrables à l'aide d'outils de gestion de projet.
  • Maintenir une documentation complète et organiser les dossiers du projet.
  • Faciliter la communication entre les équipes, les parties prenantes et les clients.
  • Préparer et distribuer des mises à jour de projets, des rapports d'état et des comptes rendus de réunions.
  • Identifier les risques ou les retards potentiels et veiller au respect des échéances du projet.

Exigences:

  • Au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Licence en administration des affaires ou dans une discipline liée à la gestion de projets.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet.
  • Une expérience dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle est considérée comme un atout.

Mandate:

The project coordinator, reporting to the continuous improvement manager, is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The coordinator will work with team members to create realistic timelines, follow up on assignments to ensure smooth progress, and track project progress through various methods. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks. 
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and organize project files. 
  • Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients. 
  • Prepare and distribute project updates, status reports, and meeting minutes. 
  • Identify potential risks or delays and ensure adherence to project timelines. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in project management or a related field. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or project management related discipline. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Experience in a customer –facing role is considered an asset.
