Job DescriptionData Analysis
Collect, clean and analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies and insights for improvement
Conduct root-cause analysis through data driven techniques to validate hypothesis and identify improvement opportunities
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Develop high-quality excel reports with well-documented methodologies, clear assumptions, and comprehensive appendices to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses
Automation and Digital Enablement
Identify automation opportunities and partner with IT and other teams to design, deploy and support automation tools, workflows, or data integration solutions
Support implementation of ERP systems that enhance visibility, accuracy, and control in business processes
Monitor the effectiveness and performance of automated solutions and recommend and implement enhancements
Project and Process Support
Participate in process mapping and documentation to identify areas for data analysis and automation and contribute to redesign efforts, integrating digital solutions where appropriate
Support CI Specialist, Manager and Director in preparing project deliverables and providing data backed recommendations
Support CI Manager in all phases of a project life cycle including as-is analysis, design of target state, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, end-user training, deployment, post go-live support and maintenance, documentation, etc. developing process improvement KPIs
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive alignment
Actively participate in workshops, process walkthroughs, and brainstorming sessions to co-create improvement solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. (Master’s degree in those fields is an asset)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence and process automation
Experience in continuous improvement or process transformation is an asset
Skillset
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, etc.)
Experience with automation and workflow tools (Power Automate, VBA, or similar)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to convert raw data into meaningful insights
Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving ability, and data storytelling skills
Stellar work ethic and ownership of work. High standards of excellence and result-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisational skills and high autonomy
Fast learner and coachable
Bilingualism is a must
