As a Content Strategist, you will create and distribute multimedia content to promote Planned's brand, engage customers, and analyze performance metrics, while collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing strategies.

We're looking for a creative Brand Content Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for creating and distributing diverse content—videos, podcasts, ebooks, webinars, marketing emails, and more—that enhances our brand credibility and engages our audience. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce content that showcases Planned's expertise and reinforces our position as an industry disruptor.
Your Role
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to gather insights and craft content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing and company-wide goals, keeping stakeholders informed of upcoming content.
- Create high-quality multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, ebooks, webinars, and marketing emails, that highlights Planned’s expertise and network.
- Conduct interviews with clients, prospects, and industry experts to develop compelling thought leadership and success stories.
- Distribute content effectively across social media platforms and email marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and reach.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine future strategies and ensure impact.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep content relevant and innovative.
- Launch a quarterly webinar series to cover industry trends and Planned’s new feature updates.
- Create and grow a Planned product podcast (video) to spotlight our innovative solutions and celebrate the team’s achievements.
- Launch and manage Planned’s newsletter, ensuring continuous engagement of users and prospects.
- Create educational content to help users get the most out of Planned.
- At least 5 years of experience in content creation and marketing, with a preference for B2B SaaS experience.
- Proven ability to produce and manage multimedia content projects.
- Exceptional storytelling skills and experience conducting professional interviews.
- Expertise in social media and email marketing for content distribution.
- Comfortable on camera, with experience hosting webinars or presenting content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies.
