The Content Moderator will ensure user-generated content compliance with platform guidelines, enhance community engagement, and provide insights for product improvement.
CMC Community is seeking a Content Moderator to maintain a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for our users. This role involves reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform guidelines, and mitigating spam, scams, and policy violations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in content moderation or trust & safety. Knowledge of AI-driven moderation tools or experience in writing AI prompts for automation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Moderation & Quality Control
Review, assess, and moderate community content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Monitor and analyze content trends to identify emerging risks and improve moderation rules.
Identify and promote high-quality content to enhance community engagement and visibility.
2. Product and Algorithm Enhancement
Provide insights and feedback to improve product features and user experience.
Assist in improving the platform's algorithm to optimize content quality and community interactions.
3. Collaboration & AI-driven Enhancement
Work closely with internal teams to enhance moderation workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
Assist in writing AI prompts to improve automation efficiency in content moderation (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or community management.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to detect fraudulent patterns, spam behavior, and policy violations.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI moderation tools and prompt engineering (preferred).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adapt to fast-changing trends.
