Who We Are
Hi! We’re Thinkingbox, a brand experience agency shaping the future through craft and curiosity. Our team brings together unique perspectives in design, technology, and strategy that push the boundaries for our clients to create work that is innovative. We are a curious bunch that loves to think big, continuously learn, and create. We love our culture and the natural collaboration that happens in and around our five offices, from hanging with our office dogs to happy hour Thursdays, we maintain a vibrant work environment. However, for one month a year we encourage our people to explore the world. Try working from another office or even the beaches of Mexico and expand your worldview, then bring that experience back to the team.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator who can help us elevate our own brand across social channels. You're a highly creative and self-motivated and can help shape how the world sees Thinkingbox. You’ll be our storyteller, our behind-the-scenes documentarian, and our in-house brand champion – turning agency projects, people, and culture into smart, scroll-stopping content. If you live and breathe TikTok and Instagram, have a journalist's curiosity, and a creator’s instinct for what performs online, this one’s for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Social Media Content: Create and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn – from micro-videos and Reels to static posts and carousels
  • Behind-the-Scenes Content: Capture and produce high-quality video/photo content on set and in-studio, showcasing our projects and creative process
  • Interviews & Team Spotlights: Conduct casual, journalistic-style interviews with Thinkingbox team members to highlight their skills, personalities, and expertise
  • Blog & Article Writing: Write engaging thought leadership pieces, project recaps, and cultural commentary that aligns with our brand voice
  • Content Strategy Support: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ideate and plan a content calendar that drives engagement and awareness
  • Editing & Post-Production: Cut down longer videos into bite-sized, shareable social content with strong hooks and captions
  • Trendspotting: Stay up to date on platform trends and find creative ways to make them relevant to Thinkingbox

What You'll Bring

  • Experience creating content for brands, media, or agencies (bonus if in-house for a creative company)
  • A strong portfolio of video and social content across platforms
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and basic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience capturing video/photo content using DSLR or iPhone (tripod/mic know-how a plus)
  • Excellent writing and interviewing skills – you're as comfortable with words as you are behind a lens
  • A keen sense of what’s cool online, and the ability to adapt it for our brand
  • Self-starter attitude with a collaborative mindset

Equal Opportunity
Here at Thinkingbox, we are committed to building an environment where our employees continuously feel included, valued and heard. Diversity is our creative strength and it’s a combination of our unique experiences and perspectives that make for some of the best problem-solving. The result? Creativity, growth and innovation. We strongly encourage all applicants, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, or gender identity to apply.
