About the role

We’re looking for a Content & Community Manager to bring our brand to life across content, social, and community. If you’ve built your own Instagram following, love experimenting with wellness trends, and study the psychology behind viral TikToks, this role is for you. You’ll be the voice of the brand, translating science into engaging content, fostering our early community, and driving social presence with polish and personality.

What you'll own

  1. Content Strategy & Execution

    • Research, write, and publish high-quality, science-backed blog posts reviewed by our medical team

    • Translate long-form content into short-form assets across email, social, and founder-led channels

    • Use AI tools to speed up drafting while maintaining medical rigor and editorial standards

  2. Community Strategy & Execution

    • Activate and grow our early-stage communities on Facebook and Slack

    • Invite, onboard, and engage new members through lightweight programming and consistent interaction

    • Coordinate with founders and ambassadors to cultivate trust, energy, and valuable discussion

  3. Social Media Strategy & Execution

    • Own our social media calendar and execution using existing brand assets

    • Repurpose content into social-native posts, stories, reels, and basic video formats

    • Monitor DMs, comments, and community feedback to ensure responsiveness and relevance

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in content marketing, social media, or community management (ideally 3–5 years)

  • Strong writing skills with a grasp of editorial nuance, tone, and scientific accuracy

  • Comfortable editing video and design assets using tools like Figma, CapCut, Canva, or others

  • Self-starter who thrives in early-stage, high-autonomy environments

  • Bonus: Experience consumer health, wellness brands, or CPG, STEM background (education or professional)

Why you’ll love working at Eli:

  • You’ll work with a group of talented and mission-driven people eager to improve lifelong health at scale.

  • You’ll be part of the core team developing and commercializing the first product that monitors hormonal data daily and over a lifetime.

  • You’ll join at the early-stage startup phase and have a wide-reaching impact in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.

  • You’ll be part of a small (<20 people), high-performing, and diverse team where everything you do results in tangible impact and shapes the company’s trajectory.

  • You’ll be in an environment where people drive their own work, think creatively about open-ended problems, and solve them proactively.

  • You’ll get health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and more) to ensure you and your family stay physically and mentally at your best.

  • You’ll have flexibility over your schedule and vacations. We seek to hire great people, then give them the autonomy and space they need to achieve their goals.

  • Although our office and R&D facilities are in Montreal, we have a distributed team. We prioritize asynchronous workflows and minimize meetings to focus on the work itself.

  • You and your +1 will have unlimited free access to the Bota Bota spa in Montreal to recharge.
